Hello I’m Eva,
Clinical Reflexologist and full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), offering professional, high-quality care you can trust.
I hold the Centralia Reflexology Mastership (Level 5) — the highest level of
reflexology training currently available in the UK. I trained under David Wayte,
Principal of Jubilee College and the first reflexology therapist to be admitted to the
Royal Society of Medicine.
I am an experienced therapist with a deep understanding of the cancer journey and a history of supporting clients following a cancer diagnosis.
I specialise in NEPIP (Neuro–Endo–Psycho–Immuno–Poddy), a unique reflexology
technique where both feet are worked on simultaneously, encouraging the body’s
systems to work together in harmony. This deeply relaxing therapy is perfect for
helping you relax, reset, and rebalance.
Through ongoing professional development, I’ve gained advanced qualifications in Facial Reflexology, Head Massage (to enhance Facial Reflexology), and Reflexology for Lymph Drainage — ensuring you benefit from the latest techniques.
Nottingham has always been my home, and I’ve lived in and around the city all my
life. For the past 27 years, I’ve enjoyed living in Edwalton — a charming village near
the vibrant town of West Bridgford.
In my earlier career with the Civil Service, I thrived in a people-centred role that
revealed my true passion: helping, supporting, and building meaningful connections with others — a passion that still shapes everything I do.
Fourteen years ago, our eldest son Jake was tested at school for his potential to become an elite athlete. The programme, run by British Canoeing, aimed to create an academy at the nearby Holme Pierrepont National Water Sports Centre. Jake was selected, and from that moment a new and exciting chapter began — one that
changed all our lives for the better.
Through tutorials in psychology, nutrition, and physical education, I learned the value of looking at life through a truly holistic lens. We’d always enjoyed a healthy, outdoor lifestyle, but this journey gave me a deeper understanding of why those choices
mattered. I now see the human body as a remarkable machine — when we fuel it
well, care for it, keep it active, and give it rest, it thrives, even in the face of today’s
busy, demanding world.
When I re-evaluated my career, I realised the roles I’d taken were always chosen for
me. It was time to follow my own path — and reflexology felt like the perfect calling.
From that moment, a new and fulfilling journey began.
My goal is to build a thriving business founded on reputation, trust, and results.
I am committed to continuous professional development, ensuring I’m in the best
position to educate others on the benefits of caring for their health holistically through reflexology.
I strive to inspire my clients to take small, consistent steps toward improving their
lifestyle — truly embodying Sir David Brailsford’s principle of ‘an aggregation of
marginal gains.’
