Facial Reflexology

I will be completing in-person training with the award winning Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology in July. Ziggie is a pioneer in modern Facial Reflexology, being the winner of the Association of Reflexologists Award for Excellence and Innovation in Modern Facial Reflexology through creating the Bergman Method. Facial reflexology has all the benefits of hand and foot treatments but clients enjoy the positive effects of also receiving a facial.

Zone Face Lift Reflexology

I will also be completing in-person training with Ziggie for Zone Face Lift Reflexology as part of her ageing well programme. I am passionate about helping both women and men age well in a nurturing and supportive way, so that they feel better from the inside out, bringing the body back into balance; physically, emotionally and spiritually from the very first treatment.
