FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

On your first visit I will conduct a consultation to assess your individual needs taking into account all relevant health issues. I will then proceed with a deeply relaxing treatment comprising a full investigatory routine. Please allow 80 minutes.

Subsequent appointments will be based on a bespoke treatment plan devised to cater for your individual needs.

Clinic treatment time 50 minutes. Please allow 60 minutes.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY

This will follow a similar structure to that for foot reflexology outlined above.

REFLEXOLOGY FOR CHILDREN

These will comprise 30 minute sessions, with a parent present, offering calming and relaxing treatment.

A beautifully relaxing treatment that begins with a luxurious hot towel cleanse. The treatment will engage with all major reflexes of the body corresponding to organs and glands most affected by stress.

ADVANCED FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY, BERGMAN METHOD

A sumptuous treatment, beginning with a luxurious hot towel cleanse, working all the body’s reflexes and organs, restoring balance, and helping to address the symptoms of numerous health conditions.

HEAD MASSAGE
